The owner/manager (Roy) was very rude, we had children and infants tired after a long drive, still he kept us waiting for one hour, just to count how many guests are we, extremely ill behaviour.
Bed rooms did not have heater and almost all of us could not sleep in freezing cold night. Rooms were not clean.
We had plan for a night stay while going to snowy mountains and we regret for choosing this one in a rush
